TERMS OF SERVICE

(It's a lot, I know, but it's to protect me from evil-doers!)

(As of June 19th, 2025)

By completing the attached Google Form, all paying parties hereby accept the following:

(By accepting these terms of service, you agree that you are 18 years or older. If that is not the case, your commission will be immediately cancelled and your money will not be returned to you.)1. You will be notified via Twitter DMs if your commission request has been picked up by SKLFCKR. Once you have been notified, you must send payment in the full specified amount, upfront to the link provided. Only once payment has been sent, you will be added to the queue
(see paragraph 5.)2. Once payment has been sent through any means (PayPal, Ko-Fi, etc.), and a confirmation sketch has been rendered and sent to you, the customer, the commission will be considered a closed transaction, meaning, regardless of circumstance, the money sent by the commissioner(s) (you) can not be refunded in any way, shape, or form.By accepting the terms of service, you are agreeing to be giving the full requested payment amount upfront without possibility of refund.3. You may request a time estimate for your commission, and although SKLFCKR promises to attempt to follow the specified timeframe, it will not be considered a finalized time estimate (Unless SKLFCKR has specified otherwise (i.e., sale, emergency commissions, etc.)) and you acknowledge that your commission will take however long SKLFCKR requires to finish it.SKLFCKR also maintains any right to refuse giving a time estimate at any point due to any circumstance. There is no limit as to how frequent, nor how often the commissioner may ask for a time estimate, or updates for the commission.By accepting the terms of service, you are agreeing as the commissioner to be responsible for asking for updates, as well as acknowledging that messages may get buried for any reason, and you are as well responsible for sending followup messages if necessary.4. SKLFCKR maintains the right to cancel any commission paid for after June 19th, 2025 without refund at any given point for any given reason in accordance with Term 2. You will be contacted if this is the case. Lack of contact should always imply the commission has not been cancelled.5. Once paid for, you will be put into a private (you will not be told where in the queue if asked) commissions queue, which is typically on a first come, first serve basis. You may arrange at any given point, a currently unspecified amount of money to be transferred into a separate priority queue. SKLFCKR, however, maintains the right to deny this type of transaction at any given point.6. Once your commission has been started, it is SKLFCKR's responsibility to notify you. You will receive a sketch afterwards with the ability to change what you desire within reason (see below.)You are allowed to change the contents of the commission in a way that does not affect the price of your commission as frequently as you desire, until SKLFCKR has contacted you to inform you your piece has been started. As well, anything not specified within your "final request is", or your write-up that you send just prior to the sketch being started on, is not necessary for SKLFCKR to change once a sketch has been sent.After a sketch has been sent to you, and changes have been requested, SKLFCKR may or may not send further sketches depending on the circumstance. If further sketches are sent, further changes are allowed (see above.) If the finished piece is instead sent, it is assumed that all changes have been made. You may request further changes regardless, however, SKLFCKR is not required to complete them unless it pertains to a detail that was missed during your requested changes.Until you have received your finalized commission from SKLFCKR, you maintain the right to request and pay for as many additional commissions as you desire. SKLFCKR agrees to finishing any and all of these added commissions before beginning another commissioner's art.You are allowed to make simple edits (i.e., added text, color changes) to your finished piece once it has been sent to you in its finalized form. Notices of editing are appreciated, but not required. (Note: You may not alter things such as the watermark.)7. If multiple parties have paid for a commission, payment must come from an individual source, in full. One primary customer must be chosen to represent the overall party. Each individual commissioner, however, maintains the right to opt out of their commission before SKLFCKR has started working on the sketch, or sent out a completed sketch, and may inform SKLFCKR of their desired commission details should they not match the primary customer's write-up. However, SKLFCKR also maintains the right to deny any such request for any reason, and additional payments may be required to make up the difference in payment on a case-by-case basis.8. Any attempts to violate these terms in any way, shape, or form will result in immediate cancellation of your commission without required notice. You are also subject to being blacklisted from SKLFCKR's commissions queue until further notice, should your errs be egregious or malicious in nature (such as not reading the Terms of Service).9. SKLFCKR maintains the right to waive any of these terms on a case-by-case basis. You will be specifically notified if this pertains to you. Lack of notification should always imply that you are liable to follow all terms listed.The terms listed above are subject to change at any given point for any given reason. You hereby agree to the terms listed above during the time you sent the payment for your commission. Any further concerns regarding new/changed terms should be discussed with SKLFCKR privately.

I just know my limits as a disabled artist with a relatively small income, so I need to put all relevant info upfront to protect me from random chargebacks that could potentially lead to me being evicted. There is seldom going to ever be a case where I need to do something like cancel your commission. I'm just covering all of my bases!Q. What do/don't you draw?
A. Honestly it changes too much as the internet pulls me down further into the depths! Simply DM me on Twitter with your specific fetish if you're curious, and I'll answer there! (The general things of kids and poopoo are a no though, lmao.)Q. What are your favorite things to draw?
A. Much like the list of no-nos, the list of yes-yesses changes frequently. I usually prefer WG, musk, pits, the kinda stuff you see me draw on my own time, but really anything I am willing to draw will be alright!Q. Where can I contact you?

A. Yup! Keep in mind though this doesn't give you a discount or nothin'. But I always appreciate being able to draw my characters getting railed by yours!Q. How specific do I have to be about details with my commission?
A. As specific or as non-specific as you want! Just remember that as per my TOS, anything you omit from your description is subject to not being changed if it's too much for me :P so at least remember to add everything relevant!!Q. I decided I want to change the contents of my commission, is that okay?
A. Yep! Granted I haven't explicitly told you I've started on your commission, you are fully allowed and encouraged to tell me what you wanna change it to, as these things can take a while and people change their minds. If it doesn't fall within the budget of your previous request, I may ask you make additional payments! Otherwise go ham!!!Q. Can I just donate?
A. Yup! Any form of support is appreciated, though I'd rather be able to do something in return for my own conscience's sake. Not necessary though!Q. What's your preferred method of support?

A. Certainly! I'm down to message other brainrotted Twitter users, but if I don't reply it's either because I'm busy or because I HATE you.....Q. What's the difference between $40 sketches and $20 sketches?
A. $40 sketches are regular commission sketches. You'll be in the regular queue, get one opportunity for changes, and that'll be it. $20 sketches are a special I will try to run frequently where I'll take 5 at a time, and they will be in their own queue where I will do one in between normal commissions.You will always be able to DM me about $20 sketches, but you should still submit the request through Google Forms. They are cheaper, faster, simple, limited, and are not subject to changes. It's just a quick way for me to make extra income if necessary.*(Note, as of February 2025, I got Covid, causing a larger backlog of sketches than I anticipated. I am still working through them, so until then the special is not going to be brought back.)Q. Can I do tributes to your art?
